CTO National Leadership Retreat
Join us for a time of team building, leadership development, food, fellowship and fun! CTO families are welcome to join CTO Outfitters, Guides and others to be a part of this event.
We ask that everyone arrive by 5 pm on Thursday for dinner at 6 pm at the main dining hall followed by a time of worship and campfire. Friday and Saturday will provide times for leadership development, team building and fun activities. Checkout time is 10 am on Sunday after breakfast. More details on the agenda will be available later.
Prices include lodging and all meals that are served in the main dining hall. You are welcome to bring snacks as each lodge has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and oven to use as well. You can see more on the Shepherd of the Ozarks website: https://www.sotocamp.com/
Thursday - Sunday Rates:
Register and pay by January 31, 2022 to get discounted rate:
- Single Private Room $375 per person
($425 if booked after Jan. 31, 2022)
- Couples: $475 per couple in a private room and bathroom
($525 if booked after Jan. 31, 2022)
- Men (2 per room) $255 per person
($305 if booked after Jan. 31, 2022)
- Bunk Style for Men (3+ per room) $205 per person

Children Rates:
- Age 5 and Under - No Charge
- Age 6-12 - $85
- Age 13 -17 $125
Free Activities: Swimming, fishing (will need AR fishing license), 7 hiking trails on 460 acres of forest/mountains, sand pit volleyball covered outdoor basket ball court, 9 hold disc golf course, 9-square in the Air, Recreation Field, GaGa Pit, Campfire Ring
Additional Activities for a Fee (to be paid at the location)
- $20/person fee for horseback riding, wilderness paintball, high ropes
- $10/person fee for cliffhanger, leap of faith, archery, obstacle course, sling shot
