Youth Turkey Hunt for boys 15 and under.
Meeting place: Kum&Go West Battlefield and West Bypass, Springfield MO
Meeting time: April 5 at, 5pm
Return time: April 7, 3pm
We plan to travel to our base camp in Sarcoxie for this hunt. The following items will be needed: Sleeping bag, pillow, DRY boots, hunting clothes, around the camp clothes, hunting snacks, 2023 Youth Firearms Turkey Permit.
A shotgun can be provided. We have several to share. If you plan to bring your own shotgun, please bring turkey load ammunition appropriate for your gauge and at least a full choke for the gun. Modified or less chokes will not be allowed in the turkey blind.
Main meals will be provided, including a campfire meal Friday night.
