Turnback Youth Rifle Hunt

Rifle deer hunt. We will be hunting public land (Lamine River Conservation Area) near Sedalia. We will meet Friday night to prepare for the hunt and then hunt Saturday and Sunday.  Meet at the clubhouse (7138 Lawrence 1196 Ash Grove) at 8:00 pm Friday night. Eat before you come. (Text 417-848-9622 for directions). Pick up same location Sunday afternoon, maybe 2:00 pm but that could change depending on morning kills.

We will be staying in the clubhouse Friday night and a hotel room Saturday night. You will still need sleeping bags (and cots if you have them). Bring camo and blaze ORANGE for the hunt, clothes to get dirty in, 2 towels, camp chair and toiletries (especially soap and toothbrush).

Rifles will be provided; however, you may bring your own if you also bring ammo and a paper target with 3 shots placed on it from 50 yards (signed by an adult for verification).

MO youth firearms tags are required.

Hunter orange hat and hunter orange vest or jacket is required. It is likely to be cold. Please be prepared.
