FRC Habitat Management Training & Work Day

Excellent opportunity for our hunters to start to understand the science of habitat management.

Our goal for the day will be to do a short training and explanation of the farms habitat plan, then proceed to the woods to create two deer bedding areas and start preparring for controlled burns in the near future. 

Items needs will be gloves and work clothes. 

A light lunch will be provided and we'll wrap up the day with a nice dinner. (Fried rabbit and all the fixins. 

PARENTS are welcome to stay and help out. We will need the extra eyes and hands on deck. BOYS AND GIRLS are invited to this event. 

As the day approaches parents and volunteers will be updated on some tools that you could bring to help out. 

This will be a fun day of hands on learning. Everyone will learn something and contribute to this falls successful hunting strategy.
